“This Girl Can” is a female only programme built around your menstrual cycle. This is an 8 week training program which you will need tailor depending on when your cycle starts and work through the phases.

Consisting of 24 workouts (3 x per week for 8 weeks), this is a full body programme combining strength training and some conditioning workouts. It's constructed to build work alongside your body and your cycles to ensure you are doing the correct training at the correct time of the month. If you’ve ever felt “weaker” or more fatigued at certain points in the month, this programme will address that.
