These classes aim to work on building strength, mastering skill and perfecting technique.

Our Still Fit classes are classes specific for over 55s.
The classes are usually based on the workout that is prescribed that day but often adapted to ensure less impact.

Real Conditioning classes aim to condition the body.
These classes are used to improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity.

Real Kids is suitable for children aged between 8-13 years old.
There are allocated age group sessions. These sessions are based around fun and learning correct technique early.

Real Teams could be workouts based around 2,3,4 or even 5 people, all working together to reach the end goal of the workout.
These workouts are fun, you get to form new relationships as well as get a little bit fitter.
