Our Classes

  • Real Power are the foundation classes of Real Fitness.

    These classes aim to work on building strength, mastering skill and perfecting technique.

  • Our Still Fit classes are classes specific for over 55s.

    The classes are usually based on the workout that is prescribed that day but often adapted to ensure less impact.

  • Real Conditioning classes aim to condition the body.

    These classes are used to improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity.

  • Real Kids is suitable for children aged between 8-13 years old.

    There are allocated age group sessions. These sessions are based around fun and learning correct technique early.

  • Real Teams could be workouts based around 2,3,4 or even 5 people, all working together to reach the end goal of the workout.

    These workouts are fun, you get to form new relationships as well as get a little bit fitter.
