“Learn to Fly” is an 8 week training program designed to get you on that road to pull ups.

Consisting of 24 workouts (3 x per week for 8 weeks), it's constructed to build up basic patterns and skills to ensure your body and mind are linking up to get you to that first pull up, first set of kipping pull ups or building the technique for butterfly.

“Learn to Fly” can be used as a stand-alone program or as a supplementary plan to run alongside your training, not everyone will achieve their first pull up after 8 weeks, but this about building the foundations and technique to be able to keep building if need be.
