“HYBRID” is an 8 week training program designed to get you ready for a Hybrid style competition.

Consisting of 24 workouts (3 x per week for 8 weeks), it's constructed to get your body used to pairing running with functional movements and incorporating pacing techniques. It is designed to teach you how to perform the movements under fatigue and utilise the correct muscle groups and energy systems.

“BUILD” can be used as a stand-alone program or as a supplementary plan to run alongside your training. We would recommend to pair this with gymnastics or strength building sessions.
