ENDURE
“ENDURE” is an 8 week training program designed to build on that engine you have inside you.
Consisting of 24 workouts (3 x per week for 8 weeks), this programme is about building a good aerobic base along side learning how to push yourself to those threshold paces that you quite often have to tap into.
“ENDURE” can be used as a stand-alone program or as a supplementary plan to run alongside your training, we reccomend pairing this programme with our strength classes or your own strength based programme.
