BUILD
“BUILD” is an 8 week training program designed to build up your overall body strength.
Consisting of 24 workouts (3 x per week for 8 weeks), “BUILD” will focus on compound movements and some isolation exercises to increase your overall body strength and capability. It's constructed to allow for adaptation and progression over the course of the 8 weeks.
“BUILD” can be used as a stand-alone program or as a supplementary plan to run alongside your endurance, gymnastics, sprint or hybrid training plans. Most people should see some physiological changes and an increase in strength after the 8 weeks.
